Technology is pretty amazing. I remember when I got my first PDA...no, that is not "public display of affection." The PDA I'm talking about stands for "Personal Digital Assistant." Imagine an iphone or android that couldn't make phone calls or text. It was a calendar, a way to take notes, and some other basic activities. It was revolutionary, then it got combined with a phone that could do all kinds of stuff. Now we can shoot videos, video call people, use apps to track exercise, sleeping patterns, play games, and so much more. This is just one example of how humans have been able to develop so many technologies that are really pretty amazing. As image bearers we reflect the glory of God (Psalm 8) and one of the ways we do that is our creativity. There are numerous ways this is reflected and technology is one of those. Our ability to create is like God's in some respects, but different in that we cannot create ex nihilo, we create using the materials that God already created. God has given us His creation to manage, care for, and use for the sake of humanity.
